- The days and times that I see clients vary from week to week, so tell me when you are available and I will try to fit you in for an initial appointment within a couple of weeks.
- The initial appointment is a chance to talk about whatever is troubling you, and for you to decide if counselling will help, and if I feel like the right counsellor for you.
- We will talk about confidentiality, record-keeping, data protection, contracting, etc
- You can book a further session on the spot, or contact me later
- A session lasts between 50 minutes and an hour. Please contact me by text or email if you want to talk about payment possibilities
- You can space out your sessions to suit you/ because of work commitments, babysitting etc.
- Zoom sessions are available and this can be useful if you live far away, don’t have transport or need childcare. It works a lot better than you might expect.
Cancellation I ask you to give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule
